3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Contact your bank/payment provider as processing time may vary

5. Replacement

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Shipping for Returns

7. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
